Fix translation-check header
The build is currently broken:
count_changes() ERROR: commit rev1 fd4b3454a036db3513695678044e6feea2812e22 not found in revisions of ../../..//swedish/international/Swedish/relaterade.wml
That seems to happen because the original page is under swedish/, and
it hasn't been touched by that particular commit. And indeed, that
particular commit is actually about updating the same header in the
english/ counterpart.
Point at the same commit in the Italian translation as in the English
translation: last known update to the Swedish (original) page.
