(de) Wording: Replaced all German translations of the word "constitution"
"Verfassung" is too strong a word for a codex of an organization, so
the German Language Team voted to change it to "Satzung", which is more
appropriate.
This commit replaces all mentions of the "Verfassung" on other pages.
