devel/website: Some initial information migration CVS->Git
This commit updates devel/website/translating and devel/website/uptodate
pages and provide some information about using Git instead of CVS.
The update is not complete; I expect some more further elaborations
in the upcoming commits. I also did not create the "using_git" page as
well (which needs more work). Any help would be welcome.
