Major cleanup of the consultant.data file in order to make it easier to parse it

for developing a script for the periodic email check.

Removed all entries that were already deleted (but just commented out) since months or even years.
Removed files with additional infos of already removed entries
Removed translations of these additional infos

Moreover, removing the commented lines, makes the consultant count correct.
