Redirecting to $(HOME)/CD, since it is redundant:

Please, discuss something similar with debian-www people. We have
not setup the redirect by the Apache conffile since it would be
widely difficult to ask mirrors to make the same change.
Do not make any kind of change like this one, unless it is needed
only this way. Just like this change.
