newsgroups are mostly dead, inactive or outdated. For now, keep the
list of newsgroups which are our debian mailing lists.
These are not dead, but have only a few postings per year
comp.os.linux.hardware ca 10 postings/year
comp.os.linux.setup 10-20 postings/year
comp.os.linux.networking postings/year
