Improve the introduction
Move it before the ToC so that it is the first thing on the page.
Remove the heading since the page is simpler without it.
Improve the spelling and phrasing of the sentences.
Move the documentation before consultants since often the documentation
will be useful and can take less time and money to solve issues.
Switch from "contact" to "hire" to make it more explicit consultants are paid.
