News: Move the awards page under the awards directory as its index
The award images got moved into an awards subdirectory to avoid
cluttering the News directory, and the awards.wml got just moved
under News/. The problem is that the contents of News/awards/ are
visible, as there is no index there. So the easier way to fix this
is to move the awards.wml into awards/index.wml.
