ports: Update ports current status
- Use «dead» uniformly instead of «discontinued».
- Use «ports» instead of in progress to make it more clear about
the port current location.
- Move mipsel to other ports and mark it «dead».
- Move riscv64 to official ports and mark it «testing».
- Mark powerpcspe as «dead».
- Mark alpha, hppa, ia64 and powerpc as «ports».
- Add new Superseded by column and use that instead of a
«replaced by <port>» status which is now just «dead».
