Modify and update the mirror/ part a bit.
- remove old ftpsync.conf - remove a (now, imo) useless example of how to exclude all architectures. mostly applied to old anonftpsync scriptset - mention the backports archive - wording - mention size of backports CVS version numbers english/mirror/Makefile: 1.63 -> 1.64 english/mirror/ftpmirror.wml: 1.70 -> 1.71 english/mirror/ftpsync.conf: 1.3 -> 1.4(DEAD) english/mirror/index.wml: 1.48 -> 1.49 english/mirror/push_mirroring.wml: 1.18 -> 1.19 english/mirror/size.wml: 1.41 -> 1.42
