change title, do not tell people that the ISO was already downloaded
in the talk about usability of our installer @DebConf23, some people had bigger issues with downloading the ISO. One issue was, that clicking on the Download button on the startpage will NOT download the ISO, even the title says so. Disabling the autoload tag without chaning the tile was a bad idea.
