Remove broken URLs from CD artwork and http-ftp pages, and accessibility
page
I removed the reference to the CD artwork from http://odin.himinbi.org
as it appears that that site is no longer up. I removed the section from
the CD http-ftp page suggesting the use of CocoaWget for MacOS, as it
appears CocoaWget is no longer hosted on code.google.com, and the Github
repo doesn't appear to be updated. I removed the reference and link to
Bobby(TM) in the accessibility section, as the tool was officially
closed by the owners, IBM, on 02/01/2008, and the link was no longer
valid.
