Seven exhibitions and conferences that will cover Free Software and GNU/Linux will take place within the following weeks in several cities in Europe.

October 16th - 17th: Mini Italian Debconf, Sesto S. Giovanni, Italy

This mini Debian conference is dedicated to talks, workshops, development and translations with the common interest to contribute to the Debian project.

October 18th - 22nd: Systems, Munich, Germany

The Debian project will be present in booth 534 in a special area dedicated to Free Software projects in exhibition hall A2. Skolelinux / Debian-Edu will also have a booth.

October 22nd - 23rd: Berlinux, Berlin, Germany

The Debian project and its subproject Skolelinux / Debian-Edu will both run a booth in the exhibition area. There will be additional talks with Debian related topics:

October 22nd: OS04, Graz, Austria

Debian will be represented with a small booth and an introduction talk about the Debian project and the Debian GNU/Linux distribution given by Gerfried Fuchs.

October 26th - 28th: LinuxWorld Conference & Expo, Frankfurt/Main, Germany

The Debian project, its subproject Skolelinux / Debian-Edu and the Debian based X-Box-Linux project will be present with booths in the .org pavilion and show their distributions. There will be additional talks with Debian related topics:

October 30th: Linux-Info-Tag, Dresden, Germany
