download-verify: Turn last paragraph into a link
The instructions for a verifying process will need go into a new
separate page as we will need some more place for writing down the
provided information well.
Also we need to keep in mind that people will not necessary will do a
download with a Linux system, so wee need to provide the information as
well for users of a Windows or macOS system.
