Tweak wording for d-i devel releasesnew-cd_distrib-section
* Increase the sizes quoted for netinsts - they've grown
* We now only have SHA512 and SHA256 checksum files
* We no longer have CD sets, so don't mention them
* M-A DVDs are no longer a thing either
